Origins Coffee serves breakfast, lunch, and delicious coffee and tea specialties, both hot and cold.
UPDATE OCTOBER 2015: Origins has closed, Perk and Brew has opened in its place ....... serving coffee, tea, food, wine, and beer.
Located on Cape Coral Parkway, the coffee shop is next door to Iguana Mia .......... and near downtown hotels and shopping.
At Origins, each dish is made fresh upon ordering and with the finest ingredients.
It's a cute little place with cozy indoor seating, art on the walls, a lending library of used books, and cafe tables outside in the front.
When we went, we joined in the friendly conversation with several regulars who were enjoying their coffee and chatting together.
Owner Lorraine thinks every person that walks in the door is special and treats them that way.
From the coffee and french toast to salads and sandwiches, she will make it the way you want it!
For breakfast, you can order egg scramblers, pancakes, French toast, sausage gravy and biscuits, breakfast sandwiches, or something lighter such as bagels, croissants, English muffins, grits, or toast.
You can order smaller portions so you don't get stuffed ........ I like the mini-pancakes!
For lunch, you can get soup, huge salads, and sandwiches ..... I love their chicken salad with almonds and red grapes, on a croissant.
Other sandwiches include grilled cheese, BLT's, tuna or egg salad, PB&J, and deli meats.
They also have specials such as Meatball Subs, and Sausages, Peppers, and Onions.
Or just stop by for a snack while shopping, they have a selection of cookies, muffins, and pastries to go with your cup of coffee or tea.
The Iced Spice Chai Latte is amazing! Get fruit smoothies, milkshakes, regular and flavored lattes, coffee drinks and other specialty coffees.
Have you ever had a White Raspberry Mocha, or a Snickers Latte ........ how about a Hyper Monkey? No? Well, get on over to Origins!
Free WiFi is available. You can call ahead for take-out. Origins is open Monday - Friday from 7AM-2PM, and Saturday from 6AM-2PM.
