Fathoms is the place to go for great food and live music, at the waterfront destination of Cape Harbour in Cape Coral!
With new owners, this casual yet chic restaurant used to be the very popular bistro called The Joint.
Their menu kept many of The Joint's favorites and has added new ones as well.
You can expect the same excellence, creativity, and total deliciousness with their food .............. and a fresh new look makes this one of the best dining spots in the area. Sit inside at either the bar or tables, or outside on the back patio facing the marina.
Come for specialty cocktails, appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, salads, thin crust pizzas, and the latest in nouvelle cuisine ...... all made with the freshest ingredients influenced by American, Caribbean and European cuisines.
We started our meal with an appetizer of Pan-Seared Sea Scallops in a fabulous pumpkin and coconut cream sauce, that I had to get some bread to mop it up with ....... mmmmmmm!
I then got Fish and Chips for my entree. The fish was tender and flaky and the crust light, crispy, and oh-so-good.
For dessert, I had my usual favorite, Creme Brulee ..... topped with strawberries and whipped cream ....... I always can find a little room creme brulee!
Live music plays every Tuesday and Friday nights, and Sunday afternoons at Longboards, the tiki bar next door. You can always order food from Fathoms and sit at the bar's high top tables if you prefer.
After dinner, you'll enjoy checking out the shops at Cape Harbour or walking around the marina looking at the boats. You can also rent boats, go on boat tours, cruises, fishing charters, and kayak.
They are open Monday - Sunday from 11:30AM-12AM for lunch and dinner.
