New Years Eve Cape Coral - We've got 2 of best celebration parties with live music, great food, and fireworks!
And, the festivities are at terrific waterfront locations to ring in the new year Florida-style.
If you haven't guessed yet, one party is at Cape Harbour and the other is at the Westin Marina Village Resort.
Make reservations at one of either location's several restaurants for dinner in advance, then glam up and put on your dancing shoes!
I can't decide which celebration I like better, so go to one of them one year and to the other the next. Both parties are outside, so plan on bringing a sweater, but you may not even need one since the weather is usually still pretty warm at night.
If you want to go dinner first, you can make a reservation at either Rumrunners, The Joint, or Pignoli on the Harbour.
After you eat, head over the the main part of Cape Harbour where the shops are and live music is playing.
If you're not having dinner, there's plenty of parking on the other side of the marina and just a short walk over to central stage.
It's a lot of fun, everyone is dancing, or hanging out at Longboards under and around the Tiki Hut.
Don't forget, you can also grab a gelato, snack, tea, or coffee at Run Agrounds.
You'll notice a sparkly white ball suspended over the crowd similar to the one at Times Square in New York City.
For the final countdown to the new year, the ball slowly drops as everyone whoops it up!
Make sure you take the time to walk around the marina to see the decorated boats.
Then there are fireworks over the marina as people keep dancing and celebrating till the early hours of the morning.
There's lots of parking in the huge parking garage, located at the front of Marina Village.
If you're going for dinner, make a reservation at either Marker 92, The Nauti Mermaid, or Pinchers Crab Shack.
When you're done with your meal, move your celebration over to the outdoor patio at The Nauti Mermaid.
You'll find live music and dancing, with tables and seating around the bar and firepit.
If it's beautiful evening, take a stroll to see if there are any decorated boats at the marina. You may even see people having their own New Years parties on their boats.
Everyone is dancing and having fun until the countdown! Then come the fireworks from across the marina ........ they're just beautiful shooting over the Caloosahatchee River.
Dancing continues for another hour or so to make the perfect New Years Eve Cape Coral celebration!
