Royal Tee

Royal Tee - where golfing is at it's best, in the beautiful location of Cape Coral, in Southwest Florida.

UPDATE AUGUST 2016 - Royal Tee Golf Club has closed.

This semi-private championship golf course has 27 holes and is part of the lovely gated community of Cape Royal.

RoyalTee was designed by Gordon Lewis and boasts low, rolling hills, and several lakes amongst attractively landscaped neighborhoods and beautiful homes.

The golf course is open to the public and you will love playing here under bright blue skies, cruising around in a golf cart in such pleasant surroundings, practicing on the greens, and grabbing a snack at the pub.

I really love how whenever I go there, people are bombing around in golf carts all over the place .......... and there the carts are parked in many garages and driveways.  It always makes me want to take up golf, which I hope to try soon!

RoyalTee is easy to get to, it's on the corner of Pine Island and Burnt Store Rds in the Southwest part of the Cape.

If you love golf and are looking to buy a home in Cape Coral, you may enjoy the golfing lifestyle of living in a golf community.

Along with 27 holes, the course has 4 sets of tees, a driving range, and 2 practice greens.

Reserve your tee time 3 days in advance, get annual or seasonal memberships for individuals, couples, families, or companies.

You can get an idea of what the golf course looks like in the video below:

RoyalTee has 25 leagues, along with tournaments and other events year round.

Receive lessons and instruction from PGA professionals. Learn the basics, or how to improve your game and lower your score through one-time lessons or package deals.

I don't golf, my experience is limited to mini-golf for the time being, but I have friends and neighbors who do.

According to what they say, RoyalTee has a great layout and good greens, but the traps need work ........ and I hear that the people who work there are very nice and helpful.

Make sure you plan on having lunch at the Crown Pub, you can also shop at their Pro Shop, which is open 7 days a week.
