Pinchers Crab Shack

Pinchers Crab Shack - Come for great seafood and waterfront dining at a fabulous luxury resort location!

I was excited to hear that the seafood restaurant was coming to Cape Coral because I had dined at their place in the Gulf Coast Town Center in Estero.

Their motto is "You can't fake fresh" and they are proud to offer the finest quality in seafood.

Local fishermen and crabbers leave each morning to find the best of the best from the Gulf of Mexico for your table.  And, the best thing about Pinchers Cape Coral is that it's at The Westin Marina Village Resort with views of Tarpon Point Marina.

You can either sit outside on the terrace or inside either at tables, booths, or around the bar.

I love watching the boats coming and going ...... coming by sea?  Just dock and walk right up for dinner and drinks!

When we went, we sat inside because every table was filled outside, but our spot was right by the terrace so we could still feel the gulf breezes.

The outer wall has large garage doors that servers lift or close depending on the weather.  The decor is a  casual beach shack/tiki hut style with a tropical theme and bright colors.

Fortunately for us, Stone Crabs were in season and even thought they can be quite expensive, I had to try them ....... so I ordered one as an appetizer, which came with a mustard sauce.  It was absolutely delicious and I managed to get several bites out of the one claw.

I then had the Grilled Mahi Mahi Platter with green beans and mashed potatoes.  Everything was excellent!

I've been back since for lunch.  I had their Crab Corn Chowder and ........   mmmmmmmm ......... very good!  It's a little bit spicy, but delicious.

It's a bit noisy, probably not the best spot for a romantic dinner for 2, but get over there for a casual meal with friends or family!

They are open from 11AM-10PM everyday.  There are now 9 Pinchers crab restaurants in Florida.
