Well, our summer pattern of rain every afternoon has started! We still have plenty of sunshine in the morning, and after the rains pass.

While you're in Florida, you'll have to eat Gator Bites at least once and the beast I've ever had are served at New England Moorings. He makes them from the tail ....... the best part.

I goofed and didn't take picture of them, but here's a photo of the shrimp and fried green tomatoes, also very tasty appetizers at Moorings! :)
