Southwest Florida Shopping Outlets and Centers - We have some gorgeous outdoor malls with your favorite shops and national chains where you can buy all the latest fashions.
As for now, Cape Coral shopping is limited to strip malls and shopping centers large and small.
But, plans are in the works to build a huge shopping mall either on Pine Island Rd or in our downtown area that is similar to the large malls and outlets I talk about on this page.
That would be terrific, because we love to go shopping at Coconut Point in Estero, and Gulf Coast Town Center in Ft Myers ............. and it would be so nice to shop somewhere closer and preferably in town.
As for Cape Coral Outlets, we don't have any outlet centers in the Cape but you don't have to go too far, we have 2 in the Ft Myers area.
Wherever you choose to shop, you'll love being out in the sunshine particularly during the fall and winter months, and when Christmas shopping.
Coconut Point is a Simon's Mall and is super HUMONGOUS ....... you won't be able to get to every store in one trip. I guess you'll just have to go back!
And you won't mind ....... Super Target, Dillards, J Jill, Chicos, and Delia's, Bath and Bodyworks, Barnes and Noble, Yankee Candle, and Fresh Produce are only a few of the stores featured on acres of shopping that is part of a master planned community that includes 113 stores, 25 restaurants, a movie theater, offices, a hotel, condos, and homes.
Attractive shops with a Mediterranean style of architecture line a Main Street area that is circled by fountains, lakes, bridges and more stores make your shopping experience a pleasant one indeed.
The mall is located on Rt 41 in Estero, just south of Corkscrew Rd, off of Exit 123 on I-75.
We like to do our Christmas shopping here and go to Panera for lunch. Look for holiday events, art shows, and special store deals by going to:
23106 Fashion Drive, Estero
Gulf Coast Town Center looks like a lovely village with shops lining tree-shaded streets in the central part of the outdoor mall.
Over 20 anchor stores, 50 shops, 20 restaurants, hotel, and a regular and IMAX theater make for another fantastic shopping extravaganza.
You can't miss Bass Pro Shops, and some of the other stores you'll find are JC Penneys, Charlotte Russe, Costco, Marshalls, plus Carrabbas, Pichers Crab Shack, and Outback Steakhouse and so much more.
The town center is off of exit 128 on I-75, you can see it from the highway.
Enjoy outdoor concerts during season on Friday and Saturday nights, get coupons and deals at mall stores by going to:

Formerly called Tanger Outlets, Sanibel Outlets is the place to go for great deals on Crocs, Brooks Brothers, Tommy Hilfiger, Gap, GUESS, Nike, Calvin Klein, LOFT, and Coach, you'll have to head to the corner of Summerlin Rd and MacGregor Blvd to Sanibel Outlets.
The shopping center is very close to Sanibel, so you may want to stop by on your way to the island if you're not in a rush to get to the beach.
About 50 outlet stores border the large shaded parking lot. A childrens play area and nature center are available.
