Bonefish Grill is a terrific seafood restaurant that offers the some of the best in Cape Coral dining.
Even though Bone Fish is a chain restaurant, I highly recommend it because the food is so awesome!
We like to go for special occasions and for anytime because we love everything from the bread and appetizers to the main course and dessert.
There is a main dining room and a dining/bar area with comfortable seating at tables or booths and it's usually packed. Both dining areas have a cozy, pleasant decor and low-light ambience. There's also some seating outside. I love the bacon-wrapped scallops and coconut shrimp for appetizers, it's hard to choose which one to get.
Bonefish is famous for their Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer ...... shrimp in a creamy and
spicy sauce that is simply out of this world and only $5 on Wednesdays!
Even though it's not on the menu, you can get Bang Bang chicken.
Sometimes my kids will get it as an entree, and it's just as good as the shrimp.
The restaurant serves the most delicious warm and crusty bread with an olive oil pesto sauce for dipping the bread in ............ we always get seconds!
For the main course, you can choose from a variety of grilled fish such as: grouper, Chilean sea bass, trout, salmon, tuna, scallops and shrimp, tilapia, and lobster tails.
Then you pick a sauce: warm mango salsa, chimichurri, lemon butter, or pan Asian to go over your fish.
Lastly, you get to pick 2 side dishes .... my favorites are the garlic whipped potatoes and green beans.
Bone Fish also has sauteed and baked dishes, steaks, chops, chicken, burgers, tacos, pasta, soups, and salads.
Sign up for their email to find out about monthly specials such as Surf and Turf.
I love their Creme Brulee for dessert ..... it's huge, be prepared to share! Specialty drinks, unique beers, and select wines are also part of the menu.
Make reservations well in advance for holidays, especially in season.
We made a reservation for Valentine's Day 2 weeks ahead and still had to wait 15 minutes ........... that's OK, people who didn't make one had to wait 150 minutes.
Although we haven't been yet, Bonefish is now serving Sunday Brunch, where you'll find omelets, sandwiches, and typical brunch favorites.
Service is always good, even when they're busy. Make sure you put Bonefish on your list of Cape Coral restaurants to try.
