Emerald Cove
Emerald Cove is a gated community with lovely single-family homes, located in Southwest Cape Coral.
Just head west on Trafalgar Pkwy from Santa Barbara Blvd. You will see that EmeraldCove is on a large lake that is part of a system of 7 lakes.
It has access to interior canals and other lakes in system in the middle of Cape Coral for boating, kayaking, and fishing.
Schools are close by, so it's a perfect place for families as well as boating and fishing enthusiasts. Roughly one third of the 101 houses in the community back onto the lake and have wonderful views of the water.
All homes circle around the neighborhood on tree-lined streets with palm boulevards.
The neighborhoods have 1 and 2-story homes that were built in the late 1990's and so landscaping is mature with lots of shade trees, sidewalks, and street lights.
Some of the homes on the lake even have boat lifts, so you will definitely want to consider EmeraldCove if you want that boating lifestyle when searching for Cape Coral real estate.
What I like about this community is that they put a sandy beach on the lake for residents to enjoy some sunbathing.
And that's not all, next to the beach is a pool, playground, fishing pier, and a pavilion with grills .................. so, get out that fishing pole so you can catch some largemouth bass!
When I first moved to Cape Coral, I loved the idea of living in Emerald Cove, but ended up buying a condo, which was a better fit for me.
But I really like this community and you will like it too, especially if you're in the market for a gorgeous and affordable single-family home!
