Gator Bites, Issue #026 - Peace!
October 06, 2012
Hi

Lotsa New Pages About Lotsa Things

As it's getting cooler up north, we are excited about the low humidity that's supposed to arrive next week.

Last month I built more pages about boating and fishing, and pages about a peace festival, the Naples Zoo, shopping outlets and centers, Southwest Florida, all about hurricane shutters, and a romantic restaurant.

I recently got some estimates for new hurricane shutters because I would love to replace my pain-in-the-neck panels. Find out what I discovered on my Hurricane Shutters page.

Marina Village Shopping to see the lovely boutiques, spa, and art galleries we have at our beautiful luxury resort.

In Cape Coral we don't have any huge outdoor malls ..... yet. Plans are in the works to build one either on Pine Island Rd or downtown. I hope they do both! For now, you can go to Ft Myers and points south for some fantastic shopping, check it out at Southwest Florida Shopping Outlets and Centers.

For awhile now, I've been wanting to build a page the area where Cape Coral is, so I finally built a page about Southwest Florida.

I've also wanted to build a page about our cute little zoo, the Naples Zoo. You'll love the boat ride to a monkey island, feeding the giraffes, meeting the zookeepers, and talking to the lions.

Cape Coral is fortunate to have some great fine-dining restaurants and you can add Chef J Bistro to the list! You'll find American, French, and Caribbean dishes ......... we enjoyed a delicious meal with lovely ambience and excellent service.

September is the month that international Peace Day is celebrated and Cape Coral observes the day with it's Peace Day in the Park at Jaycee Park. Food, vendors, classes, performances, and music make it a fun thing to do with the family.

Cape Coral has such fantastic boating and fishing, so you'll want to know about Cape Coral Boat Rentals and Sales. This page also gives you the scoop on boat clubs and yacht sales.

After you rent a boat, you'll want to go fishing! My Best Fishing page tells you some interesting facts about the kind of fish you can expect to catch around here.

If you don't want to rent or buy a boat, you'll definitely want to go on a cruise. go to Cape Coral Cruises to get ideas on where to do sunset, dolphin, eco, sightseeing, sailing, and airboat tours and more.

Pic 'O the Month

This photo always cracks me up! My daughter Nicole is hamming it up with what is not the best fishing with one of the Banana Bay tour boats:

Events coming up for October are the Columbus Day Parade, Wedding Expo, Coral Oaks golf tournaments, Oktoberfest, and Zombicon.

Have a good October and Happy Halloween!
Tammy

For those of you who have read Weird Cape Coral, but haven't found the treasure yet, here are some hints:

Look for 3 places in the ebook where it says "treasure" in blue. Click on it, because each is a link to one of 3 pages on my website.

Each page is a place that I think is a treasure in Cape Coral.

Once you figure out the 3 places, email me from my Contact Me page and I will send you a password to a secret page with more information about buying real estate here in Cape Coral.

Have fun.......if you need help -> Contact Me
