Starting at 7PM, live entertainment and dancing are in the lounge, which is right next to the patio seating, so you can hear and see what's going on in the lounge.
Tuesday features Chuck Peterson and Wednesday features Monica for open-mic nights. When we went, one of the waitresses, Lacey, sang a couple of songs and she was terrific! I think she should try out for American Idol. It was a lot of fun! For the other nights, Clive Live is on Thursdays, Al Holland is on Fridays, and Pearl & Sase are on Saturday. There are 30 widescreen TV's throughout the restaurant and sports bars. They offer DirecTV baseball and football packages. The Dog can accommodate parties, call ahead if you have a private party of 30 or more. When your check exceeds $50, you earn a lifetime discount of %10 on subsequent visits to The Dog. City of Cape Coral employees receive the discount automatically.
