Vacation Homes Cape Coral
Vacation Homes Cape Coral - from single family homes to luxury apartments, come and vacation in our terrific waterfront communities. Cape Coral has some great rentals on the water, either on the Caloosahatchee River or on canals.
We have canals throughout the whole city, over 400 miles of them, plus lakes and basins. Some rentals come with boats, or you can bring your own boat! Most rental places have a private pool or access to a community pool, and Yacht Club Beach is not too far away from most of the Cape.
Many canals have access to the Gulf of Mexico, and then there are canals that are just within the city.

For single family vacation rental homes Cape Coral has newer and better homes in the southwest section of town, and plenty of gulf-access canals. The southeast is the oldest part of town, but there are many charming homes there, both new and older ones. It is a desirable location because of the gulf-access canals and proximity to the downtown areas. There are also gulf-access canals in the northwest and a few in the northeast sections. For the best three places to rent vacation homes Cape Coral has Tarpon Point, Cape Harbour, and Sandoval, all in the southwest.
Tarpon Point
Tarpon Point is a waterfront community that is next to the
Resort at Marina Village.
The resort has restaurants, shops and a luxury hotel. Tarpon Point has three upscale apartment buildings with breath-taking views of the marina, the gulf and Sanibel. The gated communities have condos and single family homes, all with resort-style living and lots of amenities.
Cape Harbour
Cape Harbour, a yachting community, has luxury suites, condos, and funky Florida cottages. Some of my most favorite shops and restaurants are at Cape Harbour. Live music is featured several times a week, and their holiday festivals are always fun to go to. Check out the farmers market on Saturdays during the off-season, for fresh local produce and other items.
Sandoval
Sandoval
is a gated community that has newer single family homes, villas, and condos; with a resort style pool, tennis courts and other amenities. Most of the homes back up to the community's 22 lakes. The beautifully landscaped boulevard is nice for walking or jogging. It's a great place for families with activities at the clubhouse, a playground, tennis courts, and more.

There are, of course, plenty of other nice places to stay, but Sandoval, Cape Harbour, and Tarpon Point are the ones I'm most familiar with. For more information about vacation homes Cape Coral has a terrific agent, Marc Strengholt, who can help you. We've used him and you can contact him by filling in your information in the box below:
Another option is
VRBO
which stands for Vacation Rental By Owner. We have used them and like them. I like their website, they conveniently list by community and by section of town.
