Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, and The Boathouse

Well, we've been having the usual summer pattern of 92-93 degree days and afternoon rains, along with some morning rain as well.

My daughter's wedding was beautiful! We did end up having it at the Cape Coral Westin and I can't think of a nicer spot. I might end up doing a page in the future about weddings in Cape Coral!

This issue features pages about Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel ..... I'm branching out to include more about Southwest Florida ....... plus The Boathouse Tiki Bar and Grill and Wholesale Furniture Outlet.

I've also updated several pages ...... scroll down to find out! I put back the old header, a photo of Yacht Club Beach back up at the top of every webpage and brightened it up from before.

Fort Myers Beach is actually an island and separate from Fort Myers. It's a fabulous vacation spot for young and old with all kinds of resorts and accommodations, dining, shopping, and beach activities.

Live in Cape where homes are reasonably priced and venture out to Sanibel, along with Ft Myers Beach and other places in Southwest Florida as often as you can ....... that's what I say!

I love Sanibel ...... beaches, shells, lovely inns, great dining, ice cream, wildlife, and more ...... all on the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It's the perfect vacation spot for families and for honeymooners!

The Boathouse Tiki Bar and Grill is a terrific new addition to Cape Coral's restaurant scene. It's located on Yacht Club Beach where KC's Riverstop used to be. The food is delicious and you can't beat the scenery.
