Sandoval Cape Coral
Sandoval Cape Coral - The premier gated community for families to enjoy the Florida lifestyle, come live where you always feel like you're on vacation!
Sandoval is a unique Cape Coral gated community because it has been developed with an upscale feeling.
But it has more affordable prices to attract families, young professionals, and retirees.
In Cape Coral homes for sale dropped when the economy hit bottom.
But fortunately, Sandoval was not as affected because it is one of the most desirable areas to live in the Cape and homes continue to sell very well here.
The grounds are beautiful, with gorgeous flowers and palm trees in all the neighborhoods, the parks, walking paths, and other common areas.
Everything is well-maintained and kept up for residents and their visitors' enjoyment.
Scattered throughout Sandoval are 22 lakes which allows most of the homes to back up to water views.
A tree-lined boulevard with lots of flowers and flowering shrubs leads from the front gate to all the neighborhoods, and also both parks, recreation areas, resort-style lagoon pool, and community clubhouse.
My photographs don't do Sandoval justice, but I hope you at least get an idea about how pretty it is here.
Sandoval features 3 builders who are established, nationwide, and who build quality homes with the best of materials, Pulte,DR Horton, and Taylor Morrison.
As a matter of fact, Taylor Morrison bought Sandoval in 2011, and they are looking forward to finishing up developing the community.

You can choose to live in a variety of neighborhoods: condos, villas, or single family homes.
Villas and single family homes can be purchased on regular or larger-sized estate lots.
You can't beat the amenities: a lagoon style pool with waterslide, splish-splash water playground, and the Community Clubhouse with lockers, showers, fitness room, lending library, and multi-funtional room for gatherings.
All of those amenities are for the whole community of Sandoval Cape Coral just doesn't get any better than this!
The condo section of Sandoval has it's own pool and hot tub just for the residents of that community, which is very nice, the condo pool has a different atmosphere.
We also have a building with facilities and grills for barbequeing there.
Sometimes we're in the mood for the condo pool, sometimes we're in the mood for the lagoon pool.
There is also a playing field for kicking the ball around and for special events.
The Esplanade is a meandering path down our mile-long boulevard where you can walk, jog, bike, or rollerblade while enjoying the landscaping and wildlife, not to mention the warm weather and sunshine.
Barkley Park is the dog park and has two dog runs, one for small dogs, and one for large dogs.
It's a great place to meet new neighbors, including the kind that wags their tails.
We also have Calypso Park for walking, picnicking under the tiki huts, barbequeing, and watching sunsets.
It is surrounded by a lake and you can even fish from the pier.
It is so lovely here in Sandoval Cape Coral has other gated communities, but nothing like our wonderful community, it's a real treasure.
If you need a realtor, I'd like to recommend my realtor
