Gator Bites, Issue #052 - Love is All You Need! April 16, 2016 |
Hi Art, Music, and Nature ............. some of the best things in life! Warmer weather is upon us again and we've had some gorgeous days in the low 80's with low humidity ....... one of the reasons I moved to Florida. In this issue of Gator Bites, I talk about the Leoma Lovegrove Gallery, the new Cape Cabaret, and The Florida Aquarium.
Go to the Leoma Lovegrove Gallery in Matlacha to see the bright and energetic paintings of Leoma Lovegrove. Her subjects include Florida's native fish, birds, palm trees, and other subjects like Johnny Depp, the Beatles ..... all you need is Love .... grove! :D
Dance it up at Cape Coral's newest dinner and dance club for young and old! Cape Cabaret is located in the previous Italian American Club on SE 47th Terrace and Vincennes.
The next time you're planning a day trip, think about going to The Florida Aquarium in Tampa. See all kinds of fish, sharks, stingrays, turtles, gators, otters, lemurs, birds in natural settings with tanks set up like the kinds of habitats you'd find in Florida.

My last show at Yacht Club Beach will be in May, I'll be back when the show reopens in September. The Surfside Farmers Market goes inside on May 17th to the corner building in the plaza over by the Dollar Tree. They go back outside in October.
