Neighborhoods are well-designed and come off a central boulevard planted with palms, flowers, tropical plantings, and 22 lakes. There are many advantages to gated neighborhoods ....... security, lots of fun things to do, and a sense of community. If the community has a great developer that cares about the residents and is honest, forthright, and financially responsible, you will have a good experience with no bad surprises.
The first Sandoval homes were built in 2005 and building has been going strong ever since. The economy didn't affect this community as it did with other parts of Cape Coral.
On this page, I have lots of videos so you can see down Sandoval Blvd and some of the different neighborhoods with homes by 3 different builders. Bear with me, I'm not the best videographer, and I picked the best out of the many videos that I took ....... plus I like my videos short and sweet.
For the first video, I drive through the gates at Veterans Blvd. Right away you will see the condos built by Pulte and then Barkley Park, our dog park, after the center island of palm trees. Then it's a mile drive up the boulevard where you will see single family home neighborhoods by Pulte and Taylor Morrison, lakes, and further on down, some empty lots because Sandoval is about 50% built up. Just before the end of the video, are the tennis courts and Community Clubhouse.
For the second video, I drive back down the boulevard from the clubhouse to the Veterans gates. You can see some of the new homes being built by DR Horton on the larger estate lots, villas and single family homes by Pulte, and more single family homes by DR Horton. This side of the boulevard has the Esplanade, a path that winds through trees and decorative shrubs, and is the perfect place for walking, jogging, biking, or pushing a stroller. It's so pretty ........ the blue sky, serene lakes, fragrant flowers ......... such a nice place to live!
Alright, now that we're back at the Veteran's gate, I want to show you the first set of Sandoval homes with a video of the condos. Upper and lower units with 4 different floor plans are 8 to a building with 1-car garages, back onto 2 lakes, where you can watch birds and wildlife and enjoy the sunsets.
Condo residents can use the lagoon style pool up at the clubhouse, which is for all Sandoval residents and they also have their own pool and hot tub for condo residents only, which you can see in the video below: Pulte builds the villas, which are smaller homes similar in size to the condos, but are free-standing and have 2-car garages. There will be a total of 4 villa neighborhoods with 2 styles of villas in the fifth video:
Pulte also has single family homes in Sandoval, and here are some examples of them: DR Horton took over from Ryland Homes and has a neighborhood with both their homes and Ryland's. They also have a neighborhood of brand new homes on large estate lots which you can see in the next video:
Taylor Morrison took over from David Weekly Homes and builds semi-custom houses up near the clubhouse. Taylor Morrison bought Sandoval in 2011 and plans to develop the final phase of the community.
For some of the nicest homes in Cape Coral villas, condos, and single family homes in the Sandoval will surely fit the bill. Add in great location, the beauty, safety, and all the amenities and I think you will definitely want to check out Sandoval homes in one of the best Cape Coral gated communities.
