Dublin Ale House

Dublin Ale House - Get your Irish on and enjoy pub-style food, drinks and  atmosphere at this Cape Coral restaurant and bar!

UPDATE JULY 2015:  Dublin has closed and is scheduled to reopen as Overtime Pizza and Sports Pub sometime in September.

The ale house is located on Cape Coral Pkwy just west of Chiquita Blvd ...... and is more than just a place for food and drink.

First of all, there's live music, which includes Irish singers and Celtic music.

Then, bring your family and friends to play darts, foosball, billiards, Irish rings, and shuffleboard,  and to be part of the camaraderie you'd expect to find at an Irish pub.  Watch sports on flat screen TV's while sampling one of their 20 different beers on tap and 40 different bottle beers.  Choose from imports and domestic beers, micro brews, craft beers, plus wine, wine coolers, and malt beverages.

When I went, it was with a large crowd of friends who wanted to go hear the Guns and Hoses Pipe and Drum Corps of SWFL .........  a group of police and firemen who support various charities.

It was so much fun and the place was packed!  I got myself the Fish and Chips and they were awesome.

The batter for the fish was perfection, with the right combination of crispiness and fluffiness.

Then, the drum corps marched out playing bagpipes ....... I felt pride for our servicemen and all they've done to protect us all!

They then played several tunes and marched back out.  We also watched Irish step dancing and other performances.

Dublin can accommodate parties up to 50 people in their private room.  Join a dart league or foosball tournament!    They are open from 4PM-12AM Monday - Saturday, and 4PM-9PM on Sunday.
